Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of ABA Edge. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable app-store terms.
Educational purpose
ABA Edge provides independent exam-preparation and study tools. It is not endorsed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, does not provide clinical or legal advice, and does not guarantee certification, an exam result, or professional competence. Do not use the app as a substitute for supervision, official requirements, or professional judgment.
Free access and Core purchases
Free access is limited as described in the app and is tracked separately for each exam track on the device. RBT Core, BCBA Core, and All Core are one-time, non-consumable purchases. A completed Core purchase does not expire and remains restorable through the purchasing store, subject to that store's account and availability rules.
Pro subscriptions
ABA Edge Pro Monthly and ABA Edge Pro Annual provide the same Pro entitlement for their stated billing periods. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your store account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. No free trial or introductory offer is included unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise.
Core ownership after Pro
Pro provides both Core tracks while active. Cancelling or losing Pro does not remove a separately purchased Core product. After Pro ends, access returns to Free except for Core tracks you own permanently.
Accounts and services
An optional account is required for Pro cloud services. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for information you submit. Cloud, AI, and premium-content services require network access and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, provider disruption, or rate limits. Core study functionality remains designed for offline use after required content and entitlement state are available on the device.
Acceptable use
You may use the app and its content for personal study. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or use the question banks to create a competing product. Do not enter client-identifying information, protected health information, live exam content, or unlawful material into AI or score-report features.
Content and availability
Study content is original exam preparation and may be updated for clarity, scope, or current requirements. Official credentialing bodies control their own standards and exams. You are responsible for checking current official eligibility, ethics, and test-content requirements.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABA Edge is provided as available without warranties of exam success, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular professional decision. ABA Edge is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on study content. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
